The iphone had been launched with publicity about its salient features which were developed in accordance with the most advanced technology and innovative ideas. It had been established that the facilities that would be provided in the iphone would be such that it will be impossible to find these facilities in the other phones of latest technology that were available at that time in the market. When the iphone was launched there was a heavy rush of people who were interested in buying this new device.

Most of the people were satisfied with its performance. But it is rightly said that there is nothing that is perfect in this world. In the same way there were people who had bought the iphone because of the advertisement hype but after using it for some time had many complaints about the iphone and its operational technique. As different types of people have different types of preferences their needs also vary. This gave rise to the iphone complaints as many of the iphone users felt that the facilities in the iphone were not up to their expectations.

Common iphone Complaints

The most common iphone complaint was about the touch screen operating mode. The users who were interested in the messaging system were not satisfied with the method in the phone. Their iphone complaint was that they made more mistakes while typing their messages on the iphone than what they used to commit on the ordinary phones. They also faced problems with the abbreviations that they used as the automatic spell check system would automatically change the word which would give a wrong meaning.

The other iphone complaint was about the low volume of the phone and the MMS messaging system which is not available on the iphone. There is no facility of increasing the memory which was a great drawback for some of the iphone users. The facility of editing any outgoing message is not provided in the iphone so the user has the complaint that if the text has to be edited it has to be typed again which is time consuming and in this fast and hectic lifestyle nobody has the time to waste on retyping the message.

Another common iphone complaint is about the battery which is sealed inside the phone and a user cannot change the battery as it is soldiered to the sides of the iphone. The touch screen facility has also aroused many complaints as the touch screen is operational only if it is touched by the skin of the fingers. People using gloves cannot operate the phone as it does not respond to the tough by gloved fingers.
